Are the ingredients halal?

Arteasan isn't halal-certified, but all our ingredients come from suppliers who serve halal-certified establishments, and our equipment is dedicated to Arteasan only.

What's the ideal event size for Arteasan?

Our stations work best for events with 100-300 guests. If your event is smaller or larger, let us know – we can find a solution that works.

Does your team run the station, or do we need our own staff?

Yes, we provide our team to run the station – typically two people for most events. If your guest count is larger, we'll bring additional staff to make sure everyone's taken care of without long queues.

Can we choose specific teas or fruits for our event?

We'll provide a selection of teas, nectars, and finishings for to choose from. If you'd like to add custom flavours to match your event theme or branding, we're happy to work with you on that. Let us know what you're thinking and we'll find the best solution together.

How does payment work?

We ask for 50% upfront to secure your date, and the remaining balance is due on the day of your event. If you need to discuss payment arrangements, especially if your event is large, we're always happy to talk through options.

Where in Singapore do you serve?

We cover all of Singapore. For locations that are trickier to access (like Sentosa or offshore venues), there might be a small additional charge – but we'll let you know upfront so there are no surprises.
